Description: Join us for a family & kids funfly. Pack up the family and a picnic basket and come enjoy the festivities! Family funFly, team & individual stunt kite demonstrations, kids kite building booths, children's story-telling, music, family wellness village vendor booths, prize giveaways.

Seattle Family Kite Festival began in 2003, as a welcomed annual kiting event for Northwest kite enthusiasts, families, and community. This one day event presented by The Model Family Mentorship Program is designed to engage the whole family, teaches & promotes the life-long hobby of kiting, and supports Youth & Family Wellness.

At KiteFest, Model Families teams up with a number of great corporate supporters, and the community to discover the "art of kite-flying". Come out and enjoy fun for the whole family building, learning and flying kites. With your support...the "sky's the limit"!
